**Position Overview**:
The applicant must be willing to engage in all production and administrative duties demonstrating a hands-on approach.

Some marketing expertise would be a huge benefit, as we aim to expand our brand presence and outreach.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate state-of-the-art printing machinery.
- Utilise strong IT skills
- Collaborate closely with team members to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Engage with B2B customers, understanding their needs and providing excellent service to foster long-term relationships.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment to uphold safety and efficiency standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for sustainability and a desire to integrate eco-friendly practices into daily operations.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle various responsibilities within the production department.
