**What’s involved?**
- This Head Pastry Chef role won’t be for everyone, however if you are a highly motivated, imaginative and talented Pastry Chef then we want to hear from you.
- As Head Pastry Chef you will lead a team of 2 in producing all pastry and bread for all aspects of the hotel.
- You will be able to devise and create an Afternoon Tea menu with a difference, while still creating and designing all desserts for the brasserie restaurant.
- There are 2 restaurants at the hotel, one a multi award winning fine dining restaurant and the other a high end brasserie.
- Although your main focus will be the brasserie you will also work closely with the team running the fine dining restaurant, meaning you must be able to create dishes to at least 2 rosettes.
