This opportunity requires you to live **locally**, walkers and drivers can apply, and you must already be based in the area. These are mandatory requirements to apply.

Whether you’ve already worked in social care, been caring for a vulnerable loved one, or you dedicate your time to helping others; your life experiences will have given you the essential qualities needed to provide care to others - compassion, understanding, and patience. On a typical day, you'll be visiting elderly clients in the comfort of their own homes. Your responsibilities may include assisting with personal care including continence support, washing and dressing, managing medications, cooking or preparing hot meals, and helping with domestic tasks. However, your true impact lies in the companionship, reassurance, and joy you bring to their lives.

We welcome any staff members to the office and hold one to one meetings to discuss service users and any other concerns you may have. All PPE is free along with your first uniform and induction training to get you started. We have one of the most attractive pay rates if not the best in Doncaster and try to provide the best for you.

**We provide Continuity of Care - **We pride ourselves on delivering quality care to our service users and you will be able to build a professional relationship with our clients. Many other providers have you going into clients rushing calls and going in blind not knowing about the service user but this isn’t how we do things at 247 Homecare.

**Technology - **You are able to see your rota at a glance from our Care-Planner App along with signing in and out of calls and vital info about the service user you are attending. We continue to research and develop new systems to improve the way of life of our service users and our care staff.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals in need
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences
- Assist with mobility
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Maintain a clean and organized living space

**Skills**:

- Experience in care preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and dietary restrictions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.31-£13.30 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week
