**About the role**:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for either a Clinical or Oncology Pharmacist to join a highly reputable private hospital based in **Slough, Berkshire. **The hospital has an excellent opportunity for a motivated Pharmacist to join their friendly and experienced pharmacy team. The role is not solely pharmacy based so is an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacist to interact and expand their experience across various departments. The hospital is ideally situated near to Slough and is within easy reach of public transport links and local amenities. The team are passionate about person centred care and put their patients at the heart of everything they do and looking for a like-minded Pharmacist to join them. **Duties and responsibilities**

**You will be working as a Pharmacist within the pharmacy team and will be responsible for**:
Interact with patients across various departments to find out their pharmaceutical requirements, review medication history, current prescriptions and relevant clinical data.

Access the health and well-being of patients who needs may be complex and changing within the context of their medicines

Discussed and agree responsibilities for assessment of patients within the clinical team

Plan and deliver pharmaceutical care to meet patients health and wellbeing needs

Respond to clinical and non-clinical queries

**Who we're looking for**

Pharmacy degree or equivalent

Eligibility to live and work in the UK

Current GPHC registration with no restrictions

At least 1 years UK experience in oncology or acute hospital experience
