**Salary Range £28,840 - £35,541**

**Permanent role 37 hours per week X 52 weeks per year**

**The role of Biology Lecturer is ideal if you**:

**Day-to-day you will be responsible for**:

- Teaching, Learning and Assessment of Biology credits on Access to HE diplomas
- Managing classroom and learner behaviours including attendance
- Internal and external moderation sampling, along with awards boards participation

**After your first year with us, success would look like**:

- Excellent team relationships within Access to HE and the wider college support system
- Successful delivery models with positive progressions into higher education
- Development of Biology TLA to outstanding
