**Job Title: IT Helpdesk Support Manager**

**Location: Fulham, Chelsea,**Shepherds Bush,** Clapham, Putney, Tooting, Kensington, Surbiton, Wimbledon**

**Salary: £30,000- £40,000 + Benefits**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide 1st - 3rd line support to circa 100 users over 4 businesses, on site and remote
- Knowledge and troubleshooting skills for Windows/Mac hardware and OS
- Networking and infrastructure management
- Server administration
- User management
- Liaise with 3rd party suppliers
- Ensure backups are successful and restore when necessary, design a backup strategy
- Handle equipment purchasing and installation
- Ensure that all office equipment is maintained including telephones, photocopiers
- Ensure all new starters have the appropriate equipment, workstation, IT equipment
- IT Induction for new starters
- Managing the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, upgrading and support of organisational IT systems
- Ensure high security standards within infrastructure, and be a champion for security the company
- Manage our server and network infrastructure in both self-hosted and cloud based environments
- Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolutions

**Experience & Skills**
- Windows and Mac OS
- Azure Single Sign on
- IT Security
- Experience with Azure and AWS
- Knowledge of Office 365 suite at admin level
- Office Enterprise suite (Microsoft Exchange)
- Experience within Helpdesk or IT support role
- A self starter, comfortable working with minimum guidance and structure
- An enthusiastic learner, keen to learn and develop new data skills and knowledge in an evolving environment
- Effective communicator, able to work with colleagues and Senior stakeholders
- Experience in Python, Linux, Shell Scripting is advantageous but not desirable
