Job Title: Deputy Head Teacher

Location: Kings Heath/Yardley

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Head Teacher in the overall leadership and management of the school
- Lead and manage specific areas of the school, as designated by the Head Teacher
- Support and mentor teachers and other staff in the school
- Work closely with the Head Teacher to develop and implement school policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents, carers and the wider community
- Contribute to the school's continuous improvement and development
- Represent the school at meetings and events as required

Qualifications and Experience:

- A relevant teaching qualification and QTS
- Significant experience as a teacher, ideally in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of primary education and the National Curriculum
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
