Hotel Receptionist

We are looking for a hotel receptionist to join our team. _The hotel offers a peaceful and tranquil setting in the Hertfordshire countryside. The hotel boasts 80 bedrooms all comfortable and contemporary styled and an onsite leisure club which includes a fitness suite, steam room, sauna and an indoor swimming pool as well as a beauty Spa._

40 hour contract available 5 days out of 7 per week. This will include very regular evening and weekend work.

Duties will include
- Meeting and greeting customers, check in and check outs
- Taking payments
- Making reservations
- Distributing enquiries; calls and messages to colleagues, obtaining customer details to enter onto the database and ensuring that the reception area is kept clean and professional at all times.
- Your key accountabilities in this role will be to deliver a high level of customer service, assist in the delivery of the business strategy and objectives, and to contribute positively to the team you work within.
