Health & Safety Manager (Manufacturing)

£52,000 - £58,000 + Training + Progression + Excellent Company Benefits.

Commutable from Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, Coleshill, Marston Green, Minworth, Solihull.

Are you a Health & Safety / Compliance Manager looking to work for a globally renowned business in a fully autonomous role, where you will directly impact performance by implementing and improving health and safety functions across the company?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to take on a pivotal role within a market leading company, you will become part of their senior management team and have a huge influence on the continuous improvement and safety of their modern fully equipped facility.

In this role you will oversee all health & safety / compliance across the business working closely with key stakeholders to ensure world class standards are met.

The company are global leaders within their industry and employ thousands across Europe and further, they have ambitious plans to improve their UK plants making this an exciting time to get on board and make an impact.

This role will suit a Health & Safety / Compliance Manager from a manufacturing background looking to get on board with a globally renowned business where they can make their own mark.

The Role:

- Maintain and improve company health and safety policies, procedures and accreditations.
- Work closely with key stakeholders within the business to achieve a zero-harm environment and world class standards.
- 36 hour week with flexible working & ongoing training and development.

The Person:

- Health & Safety / Compliance Manager.
- NEBOSH Certificate or Diploma would be preferred.
- Manufacturing background.
