**Key Responsibilities of our Talent Acquisition Lead include**:

- Lead our Recruitment team to deliver a joined-up strategy for attraction and development of talent across Pavers in line with the DEI strategy, scoping out policy, process and associated toolkits and training.
- Develop a talent acquisition strategy demonstrating robust knowledge of the industry and company ongoing workforce needs.
- Embed a culture of high performance and continuous improvement within the Recruitment function to ensure processes and practices are continually evaluated, adapted, and improved upon.
- Workforce planning to ensure an increased EVP through identification of key operational and strategic capability gaps.
- Track, evaluate and report on internal mobility schemes to demonstrate success in progress and promotions.
- Lead the development of early careers and internship programmes.
- Work collaboratively with the people team to support talent pipelines.
- Build the employer branding through effective comms strategies.
- Introduce career counselling for all colleagues.
- Develop the onboarding and probation period strategy, guidelines, and toolkits.
- Overhaul of the role and person specification portfolio.
- Lead the design of internal coaching in recruitment techniques and practices.
- Ensuring Pavers DNA is a key component in all policies, processes, and workflows.
- Manage the recruitment budget, making data-driven recommendations to ensure the most effective allocation of resources and ROI for the organisation.
- Track, evaluate and report on the success of key metrics to senior organisational leaders.
- Bring strong thought leadership, external insight, and best practice to the design of all talent, performance, and succession planning interventions.

**Knowledge & Qualifications required to be our Talent Acquisition Lead**
- Demonstrable experience having successfully led a recruitment team previously.
- Experienced in the design and implementation of best practice recruitment and talent strategy, policies, and processes.
- Ability to build organisational capability through effective talent attraction methodologies.
- Capable of establishing credibility and rapport with a broad range of senior stakeholders
- Passionate about building strong and diverse talent pipelines that meet organisational needs.
- Experienced at implementing transformational change projects.
- A strong communicator, able to write clear and concise policies, processes, and toolkits.
- Experience of internal consulting and guidance
- A natural coach and mentor with an ability to foster relationships with all levels of the team, to relate well with others, to listen effectively, and to help employees at all levels achieve their career goals.

**Pay & Benefits for our Talent Acquisition Lead**

**Salary**: Circa £45,000 depending on experience plus:

- Discretionary annual bonus
