Sales Progressor

**Dynamic and fast growing Property Company in Leeds are looking for a Sales Progressor to assist with managing our growing sales pipeline.**

Main responsibilities involve managing the entire process from 'sale agreed' to completion, whilst keeping buyers & sellers fully updated throughout.

S**ales Progression role includes;**
- Getting an Agreement in Principle.
- Ensuring you have Proof of Funds.
- Conducting AML checks to verify identities.
- Confirm that the buyer has a mortgage decision in principle
- Help arrange surveys
- Check conveyancer has ordered searches
- Ensure the buyer has instructed a conveyancer.
- Keep track of any enquiries and ensure they get responded to by the seller’s conveyancer.
- Ensure the buyer has organised for the release of funds.
- Ensure contracts are signed.
- Agree on a date for exchange and completion.

**Skill-set required**:

- Exceptionally well organised, good record keeper who can manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Able to think strategically and can work independently
- Enthusiastic with a desire to learn
- Excellent standard of written communication
- Client focused
- Target driven
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build close relationships with colleagues and clients

**Summary**:

- Full time and Permanent
- 9am to 5:30pm (Mon-Fri)
- 20 Days Holiday (Exc Bank Holidays)

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
