**JOB TITLE: Senior Brand Partnerships Administrator**
**LOCATION: London, in office**
**CONTRACT: 35 hours over 5 days**
**HOURS: 35 hours per week**
**PAY RATE: starting at £29,00**
JOB OVERVIEW
Apricot is an established British brand that can be found on the largest UK websites, including Next, Very and SilkFred, alongside international websites such as Zalando and Otto. We also have established UK and international wholesale accounts, with clients in Canada, USA and Europe.
In this excitingly varied role, you will help creating the seasonal wholesale collection, provide excellent customer service to our wholesale agents around the world, and maximise the sales across the various marketplace platforms.
You will need an extraordinary attention to detail and a proactive tenacity to keep driving sales. An aptitude for writing and grammar will also be required alongside with excellent numeracy skills. An interest in fashion, with previous experience of working in an online sales focused role would be beneficial, but not essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
USA/Canada Wholesale
- Maintain the master sheet
- Support shooting of samples images
- Prepare commercial invoices
- Keep shipping schedule updated with production info from suppliers
- Organise and follow up shipments if required
- GRN stock into USA/ Canadian branches
- Gather sales data and prepare for Fashion Master system
- Source images for the Canadian sales team
Marketplace
- Source images from the in-house Graphic team
- Create weekly stock/Product info sheets to ensure online marketplaces hold a healthy stock position and have regular newness, aligning with store intake schedule.
- Assist loading products to each marketplace when required
- Ensure all product information is up to date including price, key product details and imagery in line with each marketplaces requirements
- Ensure all products are attributed with key item specifics and categorisation to optimise product search visibility
- Raise any marketplace issues and suggest changes to ways of working to improve efficiency
- Support all marketplace activities and new initiatives to optimise content and increase brand visibility and sales performance
General
- Spot patterns in data and make recommendations for action, based on these patterns
- Fold, pack and prepare samples for shipping as and when required
- Support the department’s Heads and wider team with any other tasks as required
