We are seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Inbound/outbound Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The Warehouse Inbound/outbound Supervisor will be responsible for managing and overseeing the inbound, putaway, and outbound operations of our warehouse. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the timely and efficient handling of goods within our facility.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Inbound Operations:

- Coordinate and supervise the receiving of goods from customer & suppliers.
- Ensure accurate documentation and inspection of incoming shipments.
- Oversee the unloading, sorting, storage and labelling of inbound products.
- Communication to customer for any variances with inbound shipments.

2. Putaway and Storage:

- Develop and implement effective storage and inventory management strategies.
- Ensure correct labelling, bin location assignment, and organization of products.
- Management of system to ensure all customer reference/items are booked in stock.

3. Outbound Operations:

- Coordinate and supervise the collection of goods to transport suppliers.
- Coordinate with the transportation team to schedule outbound shipments.
- Ensure on-time and accurate loading of goods onto delivery vehicles.

4. Team Management:

- Lead and supervise a team of warehouse operatives.
- Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
- Schedule and assign tasks to ensure optimal staffing levels.

5. Quality Control:

- Implement quality control processes to minimize errors and damages.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Address any discrepancies or issues promptly.

6. Safety and Compliance:

- Enforce safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations.
- Identify and address safety hazards within the warehouse.
- Ensure proper handling of hazardous materials if applicable.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role in a logistics or warehousing environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inbound, putaway, and outbound processes.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and related software.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
