**Salary - £10.57 - £10.77 DOE & Qualifications**

**Contract type - Permanent**

**Working hours - 37.5hrs per week, as part of a rota including sleep overs (2 days on and 4 days off - average of 10 sleep overs per month)**

**You will ideally possess**:

- A sound understanding of the developmental needs and milestones for children and young people
- Experience of working with children and families
- Ability to communicate, engage and form positive relationships with children and young people, parents, carers and other professionals
- Ability to produce clear and concise written reports and records to a good standard
- HNC in Social Care, SVQ level 3 in Care or equivalent qualification, or the ability to undertake and achieve these qualifications
- A valid manual driving licence.
