Based in our HQ and reporting to the Lead Planning Officer, you will play a pivotal role in liaising across departments to enable 100% on time delivery for our customers. This is a varied and pivotal role in enabling our organisation to serve our customers to the highest standard.

Duties will include:

- Creating and releasing work orders in accordance with MRP requirements
- Scheduling production and Warehouse work orders using capacity planner
- Highlighting any risk of delay in any shipment to Operations Manager
- Review and release purchase orders in timely manner
- Checking vendor acknowledgments against requested lead time
- Attending meetings to review workload plan and advising any changes
- Working with the Procurement team to prioritise and expedite as appropriate any part shortages that arise from the daily work schedule

You will also possess:

- Strong Microsoft Office experience
- Good analytical skills
- SAP Business One or similar Business system knowledge ideally
- Clear and articulate communication skills
- A methodical and structured work approach
