Lettings Negotiator

**Lettings Negotiator required to join our Bairstow Eves office in Chafford Hundred. Part of the Countywide group, we offer a career opportunity for someone looking to progress in this field.**

**You will need to be customer focused with a high attention to detail. You will exhibit high standards in providing a ‘customer first’ service to our Landlords and Tenants.**
**Training will be given and you will have the opportunity to study for an industry qualification as part of your ongoing career development. A competitive salary is offered with a transparent commission package, 23 paid holiday (which increases with length of service) and a company pension scheme as well as a range of other benefits. Full clean driving license essential.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £19,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
