**Senior Payroll Assistant’s Core Duties**
- Update UK & UAE employee records using, iTrent, for joiners, leavers, contractual changes, payments, deductions, and absences
- Run payroll processes, reconciling reports, and raise payments for third parties
- Manage the payroll administration of employee benefits
- Answer queries from the payroll mailbox and phone line
- Work with other teams and external contacts

**Senior Payroll Assistant’s Key Experience**
- Payroll administration experience
- Experience with Payroll software and highly competent user of MS Excel
- CIPP Qualified to Advance Technician or above (desired)
- Experience in a professional services (desired)
- Team player and can work independently
- Excellent customer service
