We are looking for an experienced and diligent Finance Manager to join a thriving organisation based in East Devon.

This is an integral role within the business and is well-tailored for a Finance Manager who enjoys managing the transactional finance responsibilities, as well as undertaking the month end and year end duties.

This opportunity offers great variety within day to day tasks and responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining and optimising the Purchase & Sales Ledger.
- Completing Monthly/Quarterly/Annual statutory returns and accounts accurately and in a timely manner.
- CIS Returns whilst maintaining good contractor relationships.
- VAT returns in line with statutory guidance.
- Bank reconciliations, Cash Receipts & BACS runs.
- Monitoring & analysing accounting data and producing financial reports or statements.
- Credit Control.
- Ad hoc tasks as/when required.
- Part Qualified/QBE with proven experience of working in a similar position.
- Advanced MS Office skills including Excel, Work & Outlook.
- High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise alongside deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A strong ability to work well within a small, close-knit team.
