My client is a highly regarded Charity with an outstanding reputation for their services to the public.

The role will be focused on supporting members of the public with debt management issues and identifying cases where a debt solution may be appropriate, such as a Debt Management Plan. You will support and provide guidance including consulting and advisingthrough their journey with the charity.

This role will be office based for the first three months for intense training and then will move to a hybrid model of one day per week in the office working rotational hours between 8am and 8pm. The salary will be £32,379 to £33793 with 29 days of annualleave plus bank holidays.

Applicants must have:

- Grade A to C for GCSE Maths & English or equivalent
- Previous experience of speaking to and advisors members of the public
- Ideally you will have experience of advising members of the public on legal, welfare, benefits or money matters.
