Pm Supervisor

Overview / Responsibilities:
Wood is currently recruiting for a PM Supervisor (Maintenance, Operations) on Mariner B on a permanent basis.

The PM supervisor leads the maintenance team to ensure safe and effective execution of the Company maintenance strategy. Purpose of this Site based position is:

- To organise and supervise delivery of the integrated asset plans
- Accountable for execution of the SAP WO PLAN
- Ensure all work is risk assessed and controlled within the asset management systems
- Drive compliance with performance standards, regulations and to contribute to meeting asset performance targets
- Operational System responsible (OSR), Operations Supervisor (OSV) and Area Supervisor (ASV) in Safe Work (Control of Work) in accordance with OMC2 Appendix D
- Responsible for management of contractors whilst onboard
- Supervise offshore execution of modification work
- Ensure that the PM department's emergency response roles are covered at all time
- Assist the Operations & Maintenance supervisor on critical maintenance tasks prioritised above work order plan
- Fulfil the role of Competent Electrical Person (CEP) to support Responsible Electrical Person (REP)
- Fulfil other emergency roles as requested by the Company e.g. Coxswains, Fire Team, Offshore Emergency Response team leaders
- Responsible for the execution of assurance activities in relation to the Written Scheme of Examination (TR1055)
- Responsible for the execution of assurance activities in relation to Class certification
- Approval of discipline planning and preparation for execution, installation, commissioning and completion activities for hardware, plant and equipment.
- Works with tasks that have some scale, complexity and uncertainty.
- LEAN mentality to continuous improvement onboard Asset

**People**:

- Manage succession planning for direct reports
- Manage, Mentor, coach & supervise direct reports
- Ensuring competence of multi discipline teams
- Setting expectations for the discipline delivery team and manages performance of direct reports.

**Process Ownership**:

- Continuous monitoring and improvement of process safety, environmental compliance and production uptime
- Monitor compliance with standards and processes to assure operational delivery
- Play an active role in the safety and quality management systems
- Ensure all change is controlled and managed
- Continuous promotion of, and adherence to, management system and providing feedback for continuous improvement
- Drive the implementation of the integrated asset, delivery, and business improvement plans
- Supporting the development of performance standards
- Represent Wood O&M service line
- Development and maintenance of contract specific Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and their measurement and reporting in the business.

**Subject Matter Expertise**:

- Technically competent in own discipline and actively maintain own competence according to standards and pursue continuous development
- Provide delivery support to the service line
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory framework, legislation changes, initiatives and industry technology developments and promote to direct reports
- Ensure learning opportunities are captured and realised
- Proficient in scope definition and implementation
- Efficient management of 3rd party contractors.

- Communicate and co-operate as required with external stakeholders including regulators and vendors.
- Leads operational delivery of a team with responsibility for delegation, motivation, development and performance management
- Work is performed limited supervision

Skills / Qualifications:
**Qualifications**:
Technical training to at least HNC/HND level or equivalent qualification, perhaps working towards a degree or equivalent in Engineering / Science / Marine

or
- Recognised and accredited management qualification with relevant considerable experience.
