Play Worker

We are looking for a Playworker to join our enthusiastic team at our Karemore Out of School Club based in our fantastic NEW Club in Fintry, G63.
Your principle duties would be:
i) Providing safe, creative appropriate play activities, preparation of activities, organisation of
programme etc
ii) Taking part in the day-to-day organising of materials and equipment
iii) Providing full care for the children including preparation of refreshments
iv) Administering first aid as appropriate
v) Encouraging parental involvement and support
vi) Close liaison with parents, schools and related agencies
vii) Attend meetings as appropriate
viii) Any other relevant duties as discussed with the Manager or Owner
You must be registered with, or willing to register with the SSSC and be a member of the PVG Scheme.
You must hold, or be willing to achieve the relevant Qualifications stipulated by the SSSC.
You must either hold or be willing to achieve your First Aid Qualification, REHIS and any other additional training required.
Hours are:
Monday - Friday 1415 - 1815 (Term time only).
Position to start immediately, on receipt of satisfactory and relevant paperwork.
