Virtual Receptionist and Administrator

Town Square Admin Support is part of the wider Town Square team, providing specialist administration and receptionist services to businesses around the UK. We help our clients with all administration tasks, including answering telephone calls, diary management, bookkeeping and much more.
Our very friendly team are extremely conscientious and hard-working, and work with positive attitudes and professionalism in the midst of a high-pressure, busy office environment.
**Responsibilities**
- Answering phone calls via the virtual reception systems, for multiple companies.
- Supporting finance with general day-to-day tasks.
- Updating and maintaining databases.
- Organising and managing meetings and large-scale events, taking a hands-on approach when part of the delivery team.
- General office administration.
**Requirements**:
- Experience of reception duties.
- Outstanding customer service.
- Ability to organise and prioritise work in a busy environment. Excellent telephone skills, both inbound and outbound.
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Confident with using the internet.
- Social media platform understanding desirable but not essential. Flexible hours.
**Working Hours**:
37.5 hours per week, between the hours of 8am and 6pm (these will vary from week to week) Monday - Friday.
**Salary** £16,000.00 - £21,000.00 per year (depending on age).
