Property Photographer

Fourwalls is an exciting, innovative and rapidly expanding business offering a wide range of property marketing and surveying services to estate agents, surveyors and architects including photography, floor plans, videography and CGIs.

We are currently looking for an experienced in the sector Property Photographer to join our team in the Nottingham area. Full training to our in-house style will be provided. The role would suit an experienced photographer with experience of carrying our floor plans. DEA experience would be desirable.

**Job Purpose**

As a property photographer you will be required to visit a range of properties to take photos which will “wow” our clients and facilitate their sale. Each job will include measuring and sketching properties for floor plans and some will require completing a domestic energy assessment.

Main Responsibilities
- Visit properties to take photographs, videography and /or produce a floor plan sketch in accordance with the Fourwalls standards and guidelines.
- Liaise with Estate Agents and their vendors to arrange appointments to visit the properties or to collect keys.
- Upload your floor plan sketches and your photographs to our in-house system the same day as the appointment.
- Carry out a domestic energy assessment at each property (where required)

You must be a talented photographer with a keen eye for detail and be a trained DEA and be willing to learn how to draw accurate floor plans. Our clients operate in the middle to upper-end of the property market therefore you should be customer focused and organised with excellent communication skills.

Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday (Part time hours on offer)

Holidays: 20 days (plus bank holidays) this will increase to a maximum of 25 days with service.

Salary range advertised is dependent on experience starting from £24,000
