Are you familiar with plastics processing and have experience as a tool setter or machine operator looking to join a recognised manufacturing company?

This is an excellent opening for several injection/extruder technicians to coordinate the setting of extruders, dies and associated equipment for production.

The company is a global leading manufacturer group that offers a specialist environmentally friendly process for materials produced using the latest technologies. They specialise in cellular material leading to polymer and various bespoke products.

The role involves the preparation of tooling, material and equipment for changeovers to meet production targets. Ensure all machine set-ups and changeovers are carried out in an efficient way whilst routine PPM measures are carried out to prevent runningproblems. You will also support the engineering and NPD teams with activities related to process improvement and training.

The Role:

- Extrusion Technician
- Develop working procedures (SOP's)
- Ensuring that the area and the extruder equipment are cleaned, prepared, and set
- Monitoring and Control of resources
- Troubleshooting and CI techniques
- Preparation of Tooling
