iMultiply are working in partnership with an Edinburgh based Accountancy Firm to recruit for the position of Senior Payroll Manager, offering a superb salary and excellent flexibility.

An award-winning and highly regarded Accountancy Firm based in Scotland’s capital. **The Role**

The role of Senior Payroll Manager would be well suited to an experienced Payroll professional with management experience. Ideally, you will have experience in a bureau environment however this isn’t essential.

**Day-to-day you will be responsible for;**
- Leading the overall payroll function (8), working closely with the Payroll Manager
- Co-ordinating the delivery of the service in a timely fashion and in line with SLAs
- Managing workflow and delegating where necessary
- Coaching and developing the team
- Assessing existing processes and suggesting improvements/refinements where appropriate
- Keeping up to date with legislative changes
- Dealing with queries from customers
- Maintaining and enhancing client relationships
- Playing a key role in business development and winning new clients
- Cross-selling and promoting the wider Firm
- Managing fees and WIP

**To be considered for the role you will ideally have;**
- Seasoned payroll professional, ideally with experience in a Bureau
- Strong and capable people manager
- Solutions driven and problem-solving attitude
- A positive and open mind
