Phlebotomist

**22.5 hours per week**

The Community Nursing Team in West Berkshire (Newbury) is an integral part of our Long-Term Conditions and Frailty Services. We are proud to say that our recent CQC inspection rated our services as Outstanding. The team has a wide range of skill mix from band 3 Health Care Assistants through to band 7 Community Matrons.

We have worked hard to establish a service that offers a range of career development opportunities for our staff, which in turn enables us to deliver continuity of care, Job satisfaction and high standards of care. The post holder will be part of the Community Nursing team and will have a leading role in the management of patients with complex long-term conditions, preventing unnecessary admissions to hospital and supporting patients within their home.

The post holder will also contribute to the training and development of colleagues, whilst supporting a service two-hour response to patients in crisis.
