You’ll need to be comfortable dealing with senior decision makers professionally both on the telephone and face-to-face, be a real go-getter and have great entrepreneurial spirit, enjoy interacting with people and be ready to go the extra mile.

**The role includes (but is not limited to)**:

- Researching new topics and industries and leads.
- Networking with big brands.
- Identifying the key sectors to promote to.
- Account management of current clients.
- Creating databases.
- Marketing and copywriting.
- Cold-calling.
- Website creation.
- Client meetings.
- Running the conference and exceeding clients’ expectations on the actual day at the conference.
- Liaising with other teams on conferences.
- Keeping trackers and slack canvas up to date.
- Meeting targets and KPIs outlined by your line manager.

**Person requirements**
We are looking for top quality talent, so you will need to be/have:

- Clear and confident spoken English and excellent telephone etiquette.
- Proficient in researching, collecting, analysing and inputting data.
- Strong IT skills, including use of Microsoft office, google docs and CRM software.
- Personable, or would be described as "bubbly" or "extroverted"
- Previous office experience, ideally in a full time role.
- Continuous employment evidenced on CV is desirable.
- London based or within a reliably commutable distance.
- Academically excellent, achieving B's and above at GCSEs, strong A levels, and a 2.1 Degree.
- Previous experience in any type of events or conferencing industry/environment would be advantageous.
- Passionate about events and event management and keen to grow with the company.
