**Are you an experienced IT Assistant looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to progress your career?**

Brightwell are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual who can provide technical support for 150 internal staff members of the Brightwell Group of businesses as part of a small high functioning internal IT team. These users will be based inEast Sussex, and you will be expected to remotely support users in Germany, France, Spain and USA.

Brightwell Dispensers Group is a global designer and leading manufacturer of innovative soap, paper and chemical dispensers, dilution equipment and dosing systems. Based in the UK, we export to 85 countries worldwide, supported by a network of exclusivedistributors. Our product ranges cover all hygiene environments such as away-from-home washrooms, healthcare and leisure facilities, on-premise and industrial laundries and professional kitchens.

You will be multi-skilled, technically minded and be able to work within a small team to assist in resolving all technical challenges the business presents. As the IT industry is constantly evolving, you be able to demonstrate a desire to learn and growin experience as we progress through a period of digital transformation.

**Key areas of responsibility will include**:

- User account management
- Efficiently managing a queue of IT support requests and delivering a high quality of work.
- Support users at different sites in Sussex and remotely support our German, French, Spanish and US.
- Managing change requests.
- Process digitisation.
- Process documentation.
- Running a system of continuous improvements.
- Assisting with key departmental projects.

**You will be able to demonstrate**:

- An IT qualification.
- At least 2 years’ experience of working within an IT Support role, ideally with some manufacturing software support.
- Experience with the following systems: Citrix Virtual apps and desktops, Office 365, Azure AD, SharePoint online, OneDrive, Active Directory, Group Policy, ERP systems, SQL, Teams, Teams phone system, General networking, Firewall policy management, TeamViewer,MS Project, MS Power Automate and Salesforce.
- A current driving licence to allow you to travel between our sites.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.
- A keen interest in technology.
