**Who’s the client?**

A tier 1 main contractor that have a turnover of more than £1bn annually. They have secured a major £50million scheme near Halifax for the redevelopment and upgrade of large office block.

**Person Specification**:
We are looking for a senior planner to join the team at pre-construction phase and take the project through delivery. You will have recent experience with a main contractor and be comfortable working on schemes of this size.
- Onsite planning experience and be able to produce accurate programmes and logistics plans, using Astra Power Project
- Proven experience of accurate programming and sequencing from outputs
- An understanding of construction technology and methods #
- Be able to interpret drawings, specifications, and other construction information.
- Have a good understanding of site requirements in respect of setting up, preliminaries and temporary works.

**Who will this person report into?**

Will report into Planning director.
