Forklift Driver

Duties:

- Operate forklifts to load and unload materials and products
- Transport materials and products to designated areas in the warehouse or production floor
- Stack and organize materials and products in an efficient and safe manner
- Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any issues or malfunctions
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with inventory management by accurately counting and recording materials

**Skills**:

- Valid forklift operator certification/license
- Proven experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or production setting
- Strong knowledge of forklift safety procedures and practices
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, shipping documents, and other relevant paperwork
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying of heavy objects
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate handling of materials

**Salary**: £11.50-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
