**We are the first dual branded property in Slough; 2 hotels operating in 1 building **Residence Inn by Marriott is an extended stay brand whereby our guests stay for longer periods of time. It is up to us to make them feel at home with our family of associates All rooms are suites with more living and working space, than you would find in any other hotel room, including a fully equipped kitchen in every suite Our guests (the Maximizers) want to Maximize their stay and we are here to help them do that, by offering grocery services, complimentary daily breakfast and of course all the places to be in Slough, London, Windsor and surroundings

ATTHEMOXY we created a free-spirited place where our guests can do all that crazy stuff they would never think of doing at home, together with likeminded spirits they had otherwise never met, that is why we call them our Fun Hunters The Wi-Fi is speedy, and the cushy beds are freshly made, but more importantly, the bar is always open and ‘the crew’ is always on duty to serve. Our crew can do it all Bartender, greeter, front desk attendant, speedy internet surfing problem solverall you, all of the time.

**Job Scope**

To maximise customer satisfaction by providing prompt, efficient service in the Housekeeping Department in accordance with the company standard. All tasks should be carried out in efficient, courteous and proactive was and in line with departmental guidelines.

**What will I be doing?**
- Ensure correct type of linen is collected from the line store and transported to appropriate areas
- Ensure dirty linen from the floors are transported to appropriate area and counted as per items
- Maximise job efficiency by maintaining supplies and working equipment and stock up supplies after each shift
- Clean areas including floors, elevators, lobbies, hallways, service areas, stairwells according to description
- Collect and disposed rubbish in assigned areas
- Demonstrate excellent time keeping and complete duties assigned by HOD
- Ensure safe, effective storage procedure are followed with regards to housekeeping materials/chemicals etc
- Reports all maintenance issues on daily basis
- Ensure all work regulation such as COSHH, Manual Handling etc are followed
- Maintain operational standards to the highest possible level in respect of service
- Assist other departments when required

- Hotel industry experience is essential for the role
- Ability to plan, prioritise and organise self
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Numeracy and literacy skills
