Flourish Education are a leading supplier of Supply Teachers and Education staff into schools in the West Midlands Area. We are currently in our 12 year and have an excellent local reputation.

**A typical day will involve**:

- Answering the phone and dealing with queries and transferring calls
- Filing
- Shredding documents
- Scanning documents
- Carrying out teacher checks such as barred list check, qualification checks
- Chasing teacher references to help clear teachers to work
- Chasing documents from teachers
- Sending Safeguarding links to teachers
- Assisting with processing DBS forms
- Keeping reports up to date i.e. what documents are needed from teachers to keep them clear
- Stationary Orders
- Job adverts

Experience working in a similar role will be advantageous.
