Mobile Cleaner

To carry out builders cleans / void property cleaning for new housing developments and Council / Housing Association properties throughout Cheshire / Staffordshire & Greater Manchester.

Main duties:

- Perform cleaning tasks on void / new build properties as per the required specification / standards and timescales. Confidently working alone or within a team.
- Complete checklist / handover sheets as necessary
- CSCS required
- Comply with Health & Safety regulations having specific regard to colour coding, COSHH, Risk Assessments, safe working practices and PPE
- Daily communication with operations team to advise on property status
- Ability to demonstrate a keen eye for detail.

Cleaning experience is essential. Specific training will be provided.

**Job Types**: Temporary contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £9.50-£12.00 per hour
