Your background in recruitment is inconsequential, as our clients offer 24/7 support and expert training seven days a week. During your initiation period, you'll benefit from one-on-one development sessions, on-the-job experience, and engaging group training workshops. This unique approach allows you to learn while building connections and friendships with your colleagues.

This opportunity offers a mature and autonomous work environment. We are seeking self-starters with a genuine desire for financial progression, and for those who demonstrate commitment, management opportunities will swiftly become available.

As a key member of the team, your responsibilities will include:

- Regular communication with senior executives via phone/video calls.
- Presenting relevant search solutions to address client requirements.
- Managing the interview process, including scheduling, feedback, and debriefing.

Recruitment is inherently a form of sales, and with sales comes rejection. Be prepared for a constant stream of setbacks; however, we are seeking individuals who view rejection as a motivator for success. While the role can be an emotional rollercoaster with its good days, bad days, and moments of self-doubt, the satisfaction of success makes it all worthwhile.

Please note, having the ability to drive and having access to your own vehicle is preferred for this role because it may involve travel for client meetings and similar activities.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

- Commission pay

- West Lancs, WN8 9TD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
