Your background in recruitment is inconsequential, as our clients offer 24/7 support and expert training seven days a week. During your initiation period, you'll benefit from one-on-one development sessions, on-the-job experience, and engaging group training workshops. This opportunity offers a mature and autonomous work environment. We are seeking self-starters with a genuine desire for financial progression, and for those who demonstrate commitment, management opportunities will swiftly become available.

As a key member of the team, your responsibilities will include:

- Regular communication with senior executives via phone/video calls.
- Presenting relevant search solutions to address client requirements.
- Managing the interview process, including scheduling, feedback, and debriefing.

Recruitment is inherently a form of sales, and with sales comes rejection. Be prepared for a constant stream of setbacks; however, we are seeking individuals who view rejection as a motivator for success. While the role can be an emotional rollercoaster with its good days, bad days, and moments of self-doubt, the satisfaction of success makes it all worthwhile.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
