_**Recovery College Lead Facilitator**_

**Contract** Permanent **Hours **Full time - 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday)

The role will require an understanding of learning styles and facilitation methods, knowledge of the ethos of personal recovery and Recovery Colleges in general and area/s of interest and experience that will support the Recovery College curriculum including the arts, wellbeing, gardening, digital skills, literacy and numeracy.

**Main duties of the job**

The main duties of the role include working with and supervising co producers, facilitators and co facilitators to review, design and deliver high quality classes and activities, coordinate all College activity including arranging facilitator cover, arranging delivery dates, venue’s and liaising with external partners. Further duties include, developing high quality, engaging and relevant supporting, documentation for classes and other activities, support the continued collection and interpretation of student outcome and feedback data and actively participate in the curriculum development processes which will involve evaluating course provision, identifying educational needs, gaps, and pathways, and proposing creatives ways to address these.

Essential criteria
- Mental Health, CHIME, Recovery and coproduction role
- Co delivery of classes and workshops
- understanding of learning styles and facilitation methods
- working with a range of IT packages including digital communication platforms
- facilitation and presentation skills
- experience of leading a team
- Evidence of understanding of diversity and equal opportunites

Desirable criteria
- lived experience of MH challenges
- leadership and/or coaching experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,407.00-£34,581.00 per year

**Experience**:

Licence/Certification:

- Level 5 Qualification or above in teaching Qttls/ dttls (required)
- leading or coaching Qualification (required)
- experience of Recovery College, health promotion/MH recovery (required)
