**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain process and packaging equipment
- Troubleshoot and solve complex machine issues
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day shift operations
- Develop, implement and maintain effective safety procedures
- Monitor and adjust production processes to ensure quality
- Ensure all production targets are met
- Work collaboratively with other colleagues and teams
