**About The Role**

Morrison Water Services are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to work on our Thames Water Metering contract.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be ensuring that all customers involved in the Metering project are dealt with in an effective, accurate and timely manner. You will provide support to the Customer Experience Team in the daily functions of the department; ensuring that all operations are completed; handling inbound and outbound calls; and other duties where required.

Morrison Water Services play a key role in the AMP6 Metering contract. The main purpose of the contract is to deliver the metering programme for Thames Water, engaging customers in the process, and installing and replacing water meters.

This is a remote working role.

**As a Customer Service Advisor your duties & responsibilities will be**:

- Handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer enquiries and booking appointments
- Accurately capture data from calls to support the management team in the production of reports
- Work with the Customer Experience Manager and Team Leaders to raise the profile of Morrison Water Services and the delivery of customer service for our client
- Ensure any service failures or priority issues are escalated to the Customer Service Manager for action
- Assist in closing the loop on all customer contacts to ensure they are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction
- Maintain ownership of any customer issue through to resolution
- Strive to outperform personal and team targets
- Strive to outperform the Thames Water Service Level Agreements
- Other duties as required within the reasonable remit of the role

**Skills and Knowledge Requirements**:

- Experience in a call centre or customer service environment
- Proven administration and customer service skills
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Accountable and self-motivated to meet targets
- Proven IT skills particularly MS Office
- Effective communication skills
- Additional spoken languages would be advantageous

**Additional Information**:
Average 35 hours a week, Monday-Friday shifts between 8am and 8pm, and one Saturday in every two weeks, between 8am-1pm. Overtime at agreed rate.
