We are on the search for a supervisor to help co-manage our Central production

think you will fit in with the team

As a CPU supervisor, you will assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations

of the kitchen, ensuring efficient service delivery, and maintaining high

company standards. Your role involves supervising staff, managing inventory,

and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervision: Provide leadership and guidance to kitchen staff, including

training, scheduling, and performance management. Delegate tasks

effectively to ensure smooth operation

2. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels for supplies as needed.

Ensure stock levels are sufficient to meet demand while minimising waste and

spoilage.

3. Food preparation: Oversee food preparation activities to ensure that all

items are prepared according to established recipes and quality standards.

Monitor food safety practices to prevent contamination and ensure

compliance with health and safety regulations.

4. Reporting: Help prepare and submit reports on kiosk performance, including

sales figures, inventory levels, and customer feedback. Analyse data to

identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

5. Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development

opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. Stay updated on

industry trends and best practices to ensure that staff are equipped to deliver

exceptional results.

ABOUT YOU
- You will show willingness to learn new skills, be an active team player with

excellent communicatn skills.
- Have a proactive approach to delivering growth and brand consistency,

through engagement with colleagues.
- Passion for food, a passion for Caribbean cuisine is desirable
- At least 2 years’ experience in a professional Kitchen / supervisory role
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high

standard of food quality and presentation
- Lead by example and have a hands-on management style
- Have good understating of Health & Safety / Food Hygiene regulations
