Sales & Distribution Administrator

Imperial Personnel have an opportunity for a Sales and Distribution Administrator to join our client, a leading manufacturer of commercial explosives, located in Somercotes, DE55, 7RA.

**Hours and Pay**:
Monday - Friday (8:30am - 17:00pm)

Circa £20,000pa

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- To confidently deal with incoming telephone queries and orders from customers.
- Ensure sales and transportation of commercial explosives are in line with UK legislation.
- Processing of customer orders, invoicing, documentation checks and stock allocation.
- Ensuring all sales orders are expediated correctly and that all documentation is in order regarding relevant documentation and personnel.
- To support the clients, purchase order requisition process.
- To prepare and distribute management data and sales figures on a regular basis.
- Any other duties requested that are consistent with the role.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 4 GCSE A-C Qualifications including Maths and English.
- Professional and confident telephone manner.
- Ability to work individually and in a team.
- To work with internal and external stakeholders appropriately and politely.
- Computer literate.
