Lobbying Lead

**Job Title**: Lobbying Lead (Voluntary Position)

**Working For**: International Association for Democracy (IAD)

**Location**: Remote, UK or Brussels

**Job Details**

**Objectives of this Role**
- Manage the lobbying team
- Develop a political strategy for IAD
- Identify key politicians we should lobby
- Lobby relevant politicians to advance IAD's charitable goals

**Skills, Qualifications & Requirements**
- A bachelor's and/or master’s degree in Political Science, International Relations or a related field
- Proven experience in lobbying/advocacy
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Basic understanding of Google Workspace and collaboration tools on Google Docs

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous experience with NGO
