**Responsibilities as our next Wealth and Asset Management Manager**:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' wealth and asset management strategies
- Experience of managing a medium sized team to execute mid-size program of work or of leading work streams within a larger program of work
- Performed Senior Business Analysis on business and technology transformation programmes with Wealth and/or Asset Management firms; helping achieve their business, technology, strategic and regulatory compliance goals
- Contribute to practice activities including Capability Development, Knowledge Management, Proposition or Solution Development
- Develop and implement customized wealth and asset management solutions for clients
- Performed functional Consultant roles i.e. Project Management, Change Management or Strategy work on business and technology transformation programmes with Wealth and/or Asset Management firms; helping achieve their business, technology, strategic and regulatorycompliance goals
- Contribute to focused Thought Leadership assets including industry 'points of view' or 'white papers', podcasts, blogs, video interviews
- Ability to develop creative strategic solutions to solve our clients' business and technology problems, and create accompanying execution roadmaps to implement the changes
- Understanding of the changes taking place in the wealth and asset management industry including partnership ecosystems, use of emerging technologies (AI, ML, Blockchain) new business models (digital experience, open banking marketplace, democratisationof service) and other trends in the industry.
- Provide ongoing support to clients in the implementation of their wealth and asset management plans
- Coach and mentor to members of the team
- Foster strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

**Requirements, Skills or Experience needed as our next Wealth and Asset Management Manager**:

- Interested in the future of the wealth and asset management industry
- Performed Senior Business Analysis / Functional Consultant roles on business and technology transformation programmes with Wealth and/or Asset Management firms; helping achieve their business, technology, strategic and regulatory compliance goals
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in wealth and asset management, with a strong track record of delivering results
- Understanding of the changes taking place in the wealth and asset management industry including partnership ecosystems, use of emerging technologies (AI, ML, Blockchain) new business models (digital experience, open banking marketplace, democratisationof service) and other trends in the industry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Excellent communicator able to deliver a concise message either verbally, or in writing to senior internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to develop creative strategic solutions to solve our clients' business and technology problems, and create accompanying execution roadmaps to implement the changes
- An appreciation of business and technical requirements and the ability to bridge the gap between the two
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and enthusiastic about gaining new experiences across different clients and adapting to different, challenging environments
- Experience of managing a small team to execute discrete programs of work or of leading work streams within a larger program of work
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
