Our Timber Systems division is the UK’s leading designer and manufacturer of timber frame building solutions, specialising in off-site construction. We work on over 350 live projects per year, supporting customers on-site and building timber kits across our two bespoke factories in Westhill - Aberdeenshire, Witney - Oxfordshire and in an additional hub space in Falkirk. **The role**

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will be an integral part of the Manufacturing department, providing general administrative support to meet the department objectives. This will include the accurate and timely processing of information, real time goods inwards and goods outwards system control and providing the materials and logistics team with any information that may be required. We will offer you the chance to develop your skills further through our performance management process, giving you the opportunity to progress your career either within the Timber Systems division or across other divisions within the Group.

**Accountabilities**
- Deliver accurate and timeous administration assistance of materials and despatch information to ensure product is delivered to a high-quality standard and to agreed timescales.
- Prioritise workload to ensure a proactive approach to deliver the administration requirements of the department
- Processing of paperwork relating to goods in and goods out
- Recording information that feeds the department’s KPIs
- Consumption of material on the ERP system and shipping of sales order lines.
- Carrying out site inductions.
- Assisting the Logistics Supervisor in any process that leads to the successful delivery of product and recording of information relating to goods in and goods out.

- Proficient in Microsoft packages - Word, Excel and Outlook
