Hydraulic Tester

We are delighted to assist our long standing and valued client in assisting with their recruitment for a Hydraulic Tester & Fitter.
This role is integral to assist in testing & fitting within the Hydraulics Testing division, the systems tester and fitter will be responsible for testing and assembling hydraulic power units, pipework and manifolds as required by the production manager. Themajority of work will be based at Coventry but there will be instances where the tester/ fitter is asked to assist externally on contracts mainly in the UK but possibly in other countries.
Primarily be responsible for building Hydraulic power units (including pipework), Actuators, Manifolds, Sub-assemblies and other hydraulic equipment. Secondary to be responsible for testing the items mentioned when building work is not available.
Essential Skills:

- Capable of reading hydraulic drawings.
- Capable of reading engineering drawings.
- Experience in testing hydraulic power units, sub-assemblies, actuators, manifolds and pipework.
- Experienced in hydraulic fitting.
- Experience in Hydraulic pipework bending and installation.
- Knowledge of hydraulic components and equipment.
- Self-motivated and willing to be adaptable carry out any task to complete the job in hand.
