Nursey Apprenticeship

You will join a wonderful and caring team who put the children in their care first and support one another to achieve the best outcomes for the children in your care.

All we need from you is the ability and motivation to Play, Laugh and learn new skills every day.

You will be learning on site throughout your working hours and will also have the opportunity to attend college for classroom sessions.

As part of Scope Early Years you will receive the ongoing benefits of a mentor to help and support you through your Level 2/Level 3 Childcare qualification.

Nursery Childcare apprentice role and responsibilities:

- Provide the children with safe, secure and home-like environments
- Operate a key worker system and liaise with parents, carers and senior staff.
- Plan, organise and implement a programme of activities to meet the needs of individual children and allocated age groups.
- Work as part of a highly qualified, motivated and professional team
- Must be over 16 years of age in addition, you will need to be flexible and creative, with the commitment to provide first class childcare.
- The willingness to have fun
