The role of an Transformation consultant will join the Transformation team and will work with businesses to address their daily needs and keep it relevant. The ideal Transformation consultant will have a background in change management, communications andengagement, adoption of strategies and training, change impact assessment, stakeholder management and Experience within HR transformations. A successful Transformation consultant will have great passion for people, cultural change, business change and varioustypes of operating models.

- Senior Consultant**
- Highly experienced in change management approaches and frameworks
- Degree level education with relevant change management experience
- Will strive to drive adoption
- Experience within HR transformations
- A people person with great communication at all levels
- A passion for cultural and behavioural business change
