**Are you an **Energy Projects Associate 3+ PQE **seeking exposure to the most significant and high-value projects available, to be based out of Bristol?**

This team is widely thought of as a go-to for complex and leading-edge projects and benefits from the strength and depth of their wider national Energy Practice.

They are looking for an individual to work on a wide range of energy projects to bring them to fruition and so the firm is keen to hear from those with experience and training within the energy sector encompassing M&A transactions, corporate governance, debt and equity offerings, financing arrangements, commercial work, project development and construction contracts.
