What We Need from Yü*

Here is a taste of what you’ll be doing:

- To support the Team Leader in motivating, developing and training the team to deliver all objectives and KPI’s
- Manage the SME Billing team and drive operational activity under the support of their line manager
- Represent the TL in business updates and meetings
- Support the TL in delivering HR policies (121's/ Probation) Passports/ Return to Work/Letter of Concern/Employee Leave)
- Work closely with the I&C Billing Coordinator and become a role model to peers
- Mentoring and coaching our apprentices and placement students
- Attending regular meetings with the apprenticeship providers and completing regular assessments
- Improving our first bill management and right first time billing
- Confidently promote effective communication with wider team and cross-departmental
- Create, compile and deliver reports to stakeholders
- Manage and support projects from end to end
- Develop key relationships across the organisation and with third-parties
- Train new starters on processes and policies
- Seek improvements in working processes and practices

About Yü*

If you have what it takes, you could be just what we’re looking for
- Qualified - GCSE English & Maths (grade A-C) or equivalent
- Organised - Extremely organised with the ability to multi task and work under pressure whilst meeting deadlines
- Detail-Oriented - Good attention to detail
- Knowledgeable - Understanding of Junifer, xoserve & data flows is desirable but not essential
- Sharp - Effective decision-making skills to manage technical workload and a thorough understanding of Operations energy processes
- Experienced - you’ve worked in the energy/metering industry and in a supervisory role managing a diverse team. Driving them to meet their KPI’s

but also not afraid to roll your sleeves up and help out in our busy periods
- Great communicator - you have first-rate communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
- Ambitious - you don’t just want another job, you want a career opportunity
- Analytical - naturally curious, immaculate attention to detail and a high degree of computer literacy included Excel, Word and Power Point
- Motivated - you have a “can do” attitude and love to see success
