building luxury motor launches and superyacht tenders. We cleverly integrate traditional
boatbuilding skills with innovative engineering and modern techniques to build vessels of the
highest quality.

We are currently looking to recruit a full-time Bench Joiner to join our team.

**Job description**
After initial induction and familiarisation with the company, the successful applicant will report
to the Joinery Manager.

Bench Joiners are required to produce all the internal joinery to a high standard, work to agreed
schedules and ensure all work is carried out professionally and efficiently.

Flexibility is essential as you may be asked to help the boat building team with the installation
of joinery to maintain production schedules.

**Essential skills**
- A high level of competency in all aspects of joinery with a good level of machinery

experience
- An excellent eye for detail
- Basic knowledge of Health and Safety
- Hard-working and reliable

**Desirable skills**
- Veneering experience
- CNC experience
- Able to work on your own initiative and without supervision
- Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines

**Location**
The place of work is Vospers, Ponsharden, Falmouth TR10 8AB.

**Salary**
Between £11.50-£16.50 per hour, dependent on experience. Overtime may be available and is
paid at up to 1.5 x hourly rate.
