**Experienced Groundworks Foreman Wanted**

**Role**: Groundworks Foreman
**Location**: Cambridge, UK

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate groundworks activities on construction sites.
- Manage a team of groundworkers and equipment operators.
- Ensure the timely completion of groundworks according to project schedules.
- Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors.

**Requirements**:

- **SSSTS ticket necessary.**:

- **CPCS/CSCS ticket necessary.**:

- Proven experience as a Groundworks Foreman in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of groundworks techniques, including excavation, drainage, and foundations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
