**Responsibilities**
- Support the factories with any technical and operational advice to facilitate a smooth production process from start to finish.
- Identify and manage any technical challenges and potential issues in a timely manner.
- Communicating daily with internal and external teams to ensure all products are manufactured to the required specification and quality standards.
- Ability to prioritise workload to ensure critical path dates are achieved.
- Checking finished garments against the approved workbook, care labels and packaging requirements
- Conduct Inline and final AQL Inspections by using our Internal system.
- Collaborate with the head office Garment technology and Quality team to resolve any quality issues.
- Attending internal meetings with Head office to present feedback and recommendations
- Travel as required to the Leicester based factories.

**Requirements**:

- 8 years’ experience in quality control (ideally Leicester manufacturing experience)
- Strong technical knowledge, good concentration skills and practical approach
- Attention to detail is key to maintaining the brands quality standards.
- Must be organised and able to work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage workload, as well as working as a part of a very dynamic team.
- Have good communication, literacy, and numeracy skills.
- Full clean driving license
